The Experience

Life at INSHALLAH KENYA

One of the earliest houses on Diani Beach, dating to approximately 1920, became the foundation of the estate. As a result, Inshallah remains a living piece of the South Coast's social and architectural history. The original settlement gradually evolved into the three cottages that now form the accommodation offering. Furthermore, each cottage reflects the Swahili-Arab architectural tradition, featuring carved wooden doors, whitewashed arches, reclaimed wood finishes and the coastal aesthetic that characterizes this coast at its most authentic.

The owners chose the name with both a religious and a philosophical intention. Inshallah, meaning "if God wills", is the Arabic expression of faithful acceptance of the present moment.
